its our job to show we are more than our enemy if breaking the law means that we show we are still human in my opinion we need to, No we have to because it is in the basic human code to show mercy in the strangest places
no it's not our responsibility to break the law but at the same time we feel that we have because how we grow up. if a person was raised to obey and new nothing else. then they will obey without a second thought. does that mean that we shouldn't break laws for the right reasons? if it is human nature doesn't that mean no matter how we was raised we should know better?
It’s not really our responsibility it’s our choice to break the law. People have to take it upon themselves to make that choice to break the law. No one says it’s your responsibility to break a law if that was the case there’s no reason for that law.
yes, because the people who made the law, broke the law to make it.
It is our duty to do what our morals tells us. it is our responsibility to do what is right. if a law is unjust then we must do what we believe is right.
Yes I feel like we should have the responsibility to basically break an unjust law because whats wrong is wrong period point blank. And you going to feel even more guilty of the person suggest the law just by being a bystander of that law.
In my opinion it all depends on the situation , if the law is something as bad a type of freedom then i would go against it. other than that i would obey it.
Yes because if no one ever dose any thing about the law then it will never change. in that case you have to stand up for what you believe in.
No it is unlawful to break a given right. The right is published for a reason. And for someone to break that law and not follow that law is not right
"If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so."Thomas Jefferson. This quote is from one our own foundering fathers say that if a law is unjust. It is our job basically our job to not follow it.
Yes, because it not right o do stuff like leave your own flesh and blood out in the open for the bird to eat. If they tell use to do some thing that is wrong i would break the law anyway. And i would take the consequence for it, because i would do something that is right not that the stuff is wrong.
no it's not our responsibility to break the law but at the same time we feel that we have because how we grow up. if a person was raised to obey and new nothing else. the they will obey without a second thought.
I think it is our responsibility to rebel unjust laws. We need to fight for whats right then its going to keep happening. If we don't do nothing it will cause conflicts.
Well if the law you think is wrong and you don't think its the right thing then yes it could be your resonsilbity to try do something to make it right. Even it has to go to prison or get punished for it because you are trying to do the right thing. If God loves you enough then he would be proud of you doing the right thing and sacrfict what I beleived in.
Yes, I do think its our responsibility to break unjustly laws. If we were to ignore the justly laws ,no one would ever care about whats right and wrong and there would never be a change. That's why i think that it is our RESPONSIBILITY to dis obey unjustly laws.
Yes, it is our responsibly to rebel against and break an unjust law because it is not right when people such as mayors to send laws that are unlawful and unfair such as racist laws and laws that affect our human rights. If they sent unlawful laws to the people of the US, they would rebel and make movements to get rid of the unfair law. It denies our human rights and they need to be stopped.
If people feel like a law is not fair they must take a stand against who is enforcing such law. If a law is directed to a group of people based on unlawful reasons or not constitutional the law shouldn’t exsist
if a law is unjust then it is our responsibility go against that law because it isn't right and if we were to just sit by and let them do that things world b e bad and that isn't right.
yes, because if u dont yall would have to deal with it
to this a question is it not our jobs to fight against evil is it not our job to show that we are still human Is it not our job to step on evil when it rises basic human rights scream out when this question comes to mind so i do think the it is our job to stand up and fight against injust crimes
is not an unlimited right to disobey any law which one regards as unjust. If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so knew the trouble that rebels and dissenters convinced ,
